Novell Data Synchronizer provides real-time bi-directional synchronization of email, calendar, contact, event and other collaboration data between your different mission-critical applications and mobile devices. It keeps all your applications and mobile devices constantly in sync, ensuring that you always have access to the data you need.

For example, as you make updates to information in various mobile devices (i.e., iPhone, Android, Symbian, Palm, and Windows Mobile operating system devices), those data changes synchronize back to your connected applications such as Novell GroupWise®, Novell Vibe®, SharePoint, SugarCRM, and Saleforce.com.

The seamless real-time integration that Novell Data Synchronizer provides between enterprise and third-party applications eliminates the need to manually add the same information into multiple systems. You enter data once, and it's automatically pushed to other relevant applications and mobile devices so you can access your data from anywhere and any time.

This integration between applications and mobile devices is provided via connectors. For application integration, Novell provides Novell Data Synchronizer connectors for GroupWise, Vibe, SharePoint, SugarCRM and Salesforce.com. Connectors for additional third-party applications are in development, and updates are available on the Connector Marketplace. Enterprises and third party developers can also customize or create their own connectors using the Novell Data Synchronizer SDK.
